Preheat oven to 350° F.
In a large saucepan, combine chocolate, butter, and coffee.
Heat until chocolate and butter are melted.
Add sugar and continue cooking over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Combine buttermilk, soda, eggs, cinnamon and vanilla.
Stir into chocolate mixture.
Stir in flour, blending well.
Pour into prepared 9 x 13 pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Frost with Collins choc frosting.
Using an electric mixer, cream butter.
Add cocoa and blend well.
Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
Add coffee, a little at a time, until spreading consistency
